Welcome to Years 3 & 4
Class Teachers:
Miss Green (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays)
Mrs Quayle (Fridays)
Other Adults:
Mrs Little is our fabulous teaching assistant, who works with us each day.
Miss Myerscough, Mrs Kearns & Miss Parker will be teaching PE and Art/DT on a Thursday afternoon.
Important Information:
PE is on Mondays and Thursdays, so children should wear their PE uniform to school on these days.
Reading Records will be checked each Friday morning and children will be rewarded with Dojo points for reading at least five times each week. Remember, once a book has been finished, your child can complete AR tests at home as well as in school. Click on the logo at the bottom of this page for our school login page.
Spelling tests are on Friday mornings and children can use Spelling Shed to see and practise their weekly spelling lists. Login details are in the front of children's reading records or below.
It's also really important for children to practise their times tables regularly so that they can recall the facts of all the times tables up to 12x12 by March of Year 4 (but by Christmas would be even better!). Useful websites for times table practice are www.timestables.co.uk. and Hit The Button
You can access Accelerated Reader and Spelling Shed from home. The login details are in the front of reading records and below.

Our topics for each term are below and to find out more information about what these topics include, you can take a look at our Curriculum Overview or read our Curriculum News.
